Local and National Connectivity
Thanks to its intermodal connectivity, the Alicante Port has optimal connection conditions to any part of the Iberian Peninsula and the rest of Europe.
Terminales Marítimas del Sureste is connected to Madrid and the rest of Spain by modern highways. It is located 10 minutes from Alicante-Miguel Hernandez International Airport and has its own access to the National Railway Network from its own docks.
Hinterland Connectivity
At the national scale, the port’s area of influence extends to Madrid and reaches to the Cantabria region, a situation that allows it to capture traffic both from the Valencia and Murcia regions, as well as traffic directed to other destinations in the central and northern parts of the country.
