INNOVA Awards:
These awards aim to recognize, promote, and highlight innovation at Aleatica among our internal teams, showcasing initiatives that strengthen the company’s pillars. They also promote new ways of working, foster creativity, and recognize the talent of our colleagues.
Among the evaluation criteria considered are: impact on Aleatica’s pillars, profitability, degree of innovation, and replicability. The awards encompass five main categories, ranging from creation to execution.
